I started SOBO Fitness because I believe women deserve better, something special and something safe. I am delighted to welcome you to our space and look forward to sharing your journey.
I have worked with hundreds of women over the last 10 years, taking them from a place of dissatisfaction to elation. I can help you feel strong, confident and empowered.
As well as coaching some of the group sessions I have creative control over the whole SOBO Fitness experience. I am Mummy to Zach, 2.5 and my husband runs a campaign organisation and hosts a podcast.

My role is to make sure you reach your optimal level of fitness at your unique and desired pace.
It can be easy to lose focus when you don’t see constant results, but with my help, you will never have a dull moment during training so your body doesn’t get used to a specific routine.

I work with women who want a body positive and inclusive journey through fitness.
We won’t focus on weighing, measuring or calorie counting but a more holistic approach to your body and mind, focusing on strength, balance and mindset.
My passion is helping women feel more empowered in their bodies, helping you to understand your motivation, boundaries and joy from movement.
My key values in training are bravery, freedom and respect and I’ll always strive to nurture those within you too.

I am a registered Nutritionist having recently completed by degree in Nutritional Studies in Denmark. I am passionate about health and well-being and I have created a program dedicated to supporting women...
I have practised yoga for over 10 years and I love the playful flow with a focus on pranayama and finding balance on the mat in a safe and accessible way, I often include the elements of nature, energy and the moon. I consider yoga as a lifelong learning experience and my training continues; I regularly attend workshops, retreats and work on my 500h TTC with Yoga Medicine by Tiffany Cruikshank.

Yoga Instructor
I'm a yoga teacher and an artist. I am a 200hrs Yoga Alliance certified teacher, I completed my training at the Hari Om Yoga School in Italy in 2023. I teach hatha yoga with vinyasa, power and restorative variations. My ethos is to encourage, hearten and strengthen the mind, body and spirit through conscious breath and movement.
I bring my creativity to the mat with visualisations and inspirational themes. I love to guide my class through empowering asanas, sweet restorative meditations and revitalising pranayama.
When I’m not practising yoga I love to be out in nature, sea swimming, walking and foraging, usually with a book or sketchbook in tow, I enjoy mindful drawing and imaginative flows.

My aim as a Personal Trainer is to get the most out of each person, focussing on each individual to reach their unique goals - everyone is different.
As well as strength and weight loss training, I also help people on their journey during cardiac rehabilitation; a qualification which has enabled me to work as a specialist personal trainer.
My belief is that anyone can do something and it is my job to make sure that any exercise program is adapted and modified to suit you.
