What’s on offer at Sobo Fitness?

How you workout and who you workout with can shift your state, making the day-to-day feel much easier. As a woman, deeply understanding your body can be complex. SOBO Fitness is a dedicated female fitness studio, supporting women in their journey to feeling physically and emotionally stronger.

We offer Personal Training services, our sessions are coached by highly experienced Trainers, this is not a DIY service, this is a done for you programme. Outsource your thinking, get out of your head, and into your body!

Enjoy to accountability and programme from an expert Personal Trainer whilst being inspired by the camaraderie of a group. If you need something super bespoke, we will set you up with one of our Coaches so you can work 1:1 on your goals or injury management and rehabiliation.

  • We offer a variety of small group sessions including strength training, pilates, no jump HIIT and yoga. Our group sessions are small and you’ll get the support you need during a class. Sessions are led my experts in female health, we will adapt our sessions for you so you will always get the most from the class. We know group training can be intimidating but we will support and encourage you the whole way through!

  • Our Personal Trainers are here to support you to reach your goals. Working 1:1 with a Trainer can magnify your results, boost your confidence and help you feel accomplished, strong and empowered. Our trainers work in a semi-private studio with state of the art equipment and you’ll get a best in class experience when you train with us.

  • Once a month we invite a guest expert to give a talk on Women’s Health and Wellbeing. Subjects include pelvic health, nutrition through peri-menopause/menopause and personal styling. Our events are a great place to connect with other members and find out more about living a vibrant and enriched life. Events are FREE to members!
